An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced individual to take on the role of Restaurant Supervisor – leading the Cuisine front of house teams (Guest Breakfast venue and Mountain Dining).

 

 

The successful applicant must have experience in a similar role in quality establishments and be able to demonstrate skills in the following core elements of the role:

  • Extensive knowledge of food and wine
  • Exemplary customer service
  • Ability to lead and direct service team
  • Proficiency with staff supervision and training
  • Effective roster writing
  • Preferred but not essential facilitating events, weddings and conferences

This could be a career opportunity for an ambitious individual not afraid of hard work to achieve goals, while working in an idyllic mountain environment. Due to the nature of the position, working hours outside of normal office hours, including weekends, will be required.
