Front Office Manager
A full-time year-round opportunity now exists for a positive dynamic individual to lead our Front Office Team here at Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience of at least 2 years in a Hotel or Resort environment in a senior role within Reception and/or Reservations roles with strong customer service, communication and computer skills.
We are searching for an engaging, enthusiastic person focused on ensuring satisfaction to our guests. Due to the nature of this position, regular work outside of normal office hours, including weekends will be required. Onsite accommodation is available.
