With travel restrictions being eased, we are happy to announce that we will be taking accommodation bookings for the June long weekend onwards beginning Friday 5th June 2020.

The health and safety of our guests and team is paramount. We are implementing the following measures to ensure the health and safety of everyone who visits the Resort. From when you check-in at the Resort, through the dining outlets, day spa and activities, you will see measures in place including increased cleaning regimes, hand sanitiser in all public spaces, social distancing along with contactless checkin and checkout.

We are appreciative of your support and thankful to be able to have a winter season. Please work with our staff at this time, as we are all adjusting to these new operations and changing advice.

COVID-19 RESORT FAQ’S

How do I cancel or change a reservation I have already made directly through Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa?
You may cancel or change your reservation by contacting us at reservations@lakecrackenback.com.au or calling us at 1800 020 524. Please note: we have limited staff currently on-site so there may be delays to responses. Please indicate your first name, last name, and reservation confirmation number. Your details will be sent securely to our in-house reservations team who will assist you through this process.

Do you have any extended cancellation policies which allow me to keep my booking but cancel at a later date if there are still COVID-19 travel restrictions in place?

With the current uncertainty of the COVID-19 situation, we are closely monitoring the situation daily as updates are released by the Government. We are also adapting to the changes in regulations by providing guests with more flexibility on their existing bookings.

Now that travel restrictions are being lifted allowing travel to our region, the regular cancellation and payment policies are again applicable to your reservation.

Can I postpone my stay to another time?
Yes, due to the current circumstances, we are very flexible with date changes to your reservation.

When is the reservation team available?
Our reservation team is available from 10:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday until further notice. You can contact the team either by email reservations@lakecrackenback.com.au or phone 1800 020 524.
