Wrapping up the weekend’s festivities is our Sunday dining event as the finale to our food & wine weekend.

To kick start our Savour weekend of Food & Wine, we have organised a special treat. Our cocktail evening will celebrate the tastes of the mountains.

 

SATURDAY 9TH MARCH 2024

Savour Market Day – 10.00am – 3.00pm

The market day will showcase many of the local operators of fine produce and products in the region. From honey, schnapps, chocolates, breads and vegetables, we are lucky in this region to have many new producers with a passion for unique and sustainable products in our seasonal climate.  With live entertainment and a delicious array of market stalls to visit, bring along a friend and enjoy a casual day strolling the markets and taking in a masterclass or two.

 

Savour Masterclasses

Grab a seat and enjoy a series of masterclasses and demonstrations giving you tips and hints to take home. These interactive masterclasses are not to be missed!

 

Saturday Evening Chef Dinner

Enjoy a 5 course dinner celebrating fresh flavours and delicious ingredients.

The evening will sure to delight with each course expertly paired with a selection of wines.
