Gift Vouchers

  • Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa Gift Vouchers may be used to pay for accommodation, accommodation packages, spa treatments, dining at Cuisine or Alpine Larder and Activate activities and tours.
  • Gift Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
  • Additional values cannot be added to an existing Lake Crackenback Gift Voucher; however, additional Gift Vouchers can be purchased.
  • A surcharge will apply if Gift Vouchers are purchased using a credit or debit card.
  • Gift Vouchers are to be treated like cash and if they are defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen they will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
  • All Gift Vouchers are issued in Australian dollars (AUD).

Physical voucher

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Due to our location, we will attempt to send your voucher via post within 7 business days to main centres, regional areas may take longer.

Digital Delivery

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your voucher / e-ticket via email within 1 hour.

REFUND & RETURNS ONLINE PURCHASES POLICY

Lake Crackenback Resort & Spa gift vouchers and event ticket purchases once purchased, cannot be returned or refunded. In the case that an event is cancelled a refund will be given for the purchase price.

Please email us at reservations@lakecrackenback.com.au, if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
