We’re on the hunt for a passionate and experienced hospitality professional to become the Restaurant Supervisor at Cuisine Restaurant, leading our vibrant front-of-house team and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from a similar role within high-quality venues and be able to showcase proven expertise across the following key areas:
- Extensive food and wine knowledge
- Great customer service
- Ability to lead and direct service team, staff training, supervision and organisation of staff rosters
- Preferred but not essential, the delivery of events, weddings and conferences

Please note, this role requires flexibility, with hours that include weekends and shifts outside standard office times.
